PAYPAL - dispute raised but no action until 22nd November!!!


AMEX - tried to raise a dispute but I think it assessed that the problem lies with PayPal.  


I paid MFH £17.80 in October 23 for access and then £41.00 in November 23 for data ?   That may be why I set the reminder date to mid- November & was caught out by the earlier PayPal charge on 18th October.
